Glenn Owen Dodds will be screened at the Calgary Film Festval.

2. Oranges and Sunshine will be shown at the Pusan Film Festival in Korea in October.

3. Legend of the Guardians will have its premiere in Los Angeles on September 19th at 3pm at Mann's Chinese Theater. It will also premiere in London on the same day.

4. Contests for free passes are being run by The Review - St. Louis and CHUD.com, while Monsters and Critics is having a competition to win one of the books.

5. The official website for Legend of the Guardians has character pages, which includes a bio, interesting facts, video and downloads. There's a cute video with Digger on his page. To access it, click on the link on the home page to "Meet Soren", then on Soren's page click "Next" until you get to Digger's page.

3. Killing Time has been delayed due to the fact that the real lawyer is in the midst of his trial. The drama is not planned to be shown until early next year according to the The Daily Telegraph.

5. Glenn Owen Dodds won Best Queensland Film at the Heart of Gold International Film Festival.

6. A teaser trailer has been released for Legend of the Guardians.

7. They've also launched an official site.

9. The official Glenn Owen Dodds YouTube channel is offering free T-shirts for the first 5 video responses to their Clermont video. Be sure to mention the "fingers touching" scene where Glenn and his curious desciple touch fingers in what looks to be a spiritual connection.

10. Glenn Owen Dodds will be airing on TV in Spain starting on Monday, March 15th.

February 2010

1. The Pope Joan screening in Washington, DC SOLD OUT! If you were planning to go, but didn't order tickets, contact Donna Woolfolk Cross and let her know you had planned, or even considered going. She wants to be able to share this info with the distributors to get a US release. Her e-mail notice has all the details.

2. Meanwhile, the film is going to be screened at Berlindale film festival in Germany.

3. David stars in a new short film that's making its rounds at the film festivals and is currently getting rave reviews at the Claremont Film Festival in France. They're currently planning on bringing it to a few German film fests. I created a new project page for it, so click on the link for the film titled Glenn Owen Dodds to get the info, plus screen captures and behind the scenes pics. It was filmed in November of 2009 and is making the rounds at film festivals. Watch some clips here, and you can also watch the Trailer!

January 2010

Happy New Year!

1. The Pope Joan screening in Washington, DC is SOLD OUT! If you were planning on going, but didn't order tickets, unfortunately there are none left. However, contact Donna Woolfolk Cross and let her know you had planned, or even considered going. She wants to be able to share this info with the distributors to get a US release. Her email notice has all the details.

2. The PEACE Fund auction has now ended. The autographed photo of David sold for roughly $122! That's a terrific outcome. Congrats to the Peace Fund and to the winner of the auction!

3. David stars in a new short film that's making its rounds at the film festivals. I created a new project page for it, so click on the link for the film titled Glenn Owen Dodds to get the info, plus screen captures and behind the scenes pics. It was filmed in November of 2009 and is making the rounds at film festivals. Watch some clips here, and you can also watch the Trailer!

4. David gave a talk to school children at West Ryde Public School in Sydney.

6. He also attended a Christmas Party held by the Sydney Swans.
